Myself Teresa and my daughter Kayla were given an opportunity of a life time,… a chance to have a home of our own.
It was really an opportunity of a lifetime, because an average Joe these days find it hard and even impossible to afford a deposit or even earn enough for the bank to lend on a home loan.
Mike and Melanie gave me this incredible opportunity, and with a bit of work on my home I have a great and profitable investment for myself and my child.
I am on the benefit with part time work from home, so no excuses, if I can do it anyone with hope for there future can do it to.

| I WOULD LIKE TO THANK GRAND HORIZON, WITHOUT THEIR HELP I WOULD NOT HAVE A HOME TODAY, I MOVED TO LEXINGTON, KY 1 YEAR AGO, BEING DIVORCED I WAS RENTING THROWING THE MONEY AWAY, I HAD CHECK WITH OTHER PLACES ABOUT PURCHASING A HOME I HADN'T BEEN ON THE JOB LONG ENOUGH TO QUALIFY THROUGH THE PROGRAMS THAT THEY OFFER. We just wanted to say how grateful we are to have such good friends as Beth and Dennis Emmers...my husband Chris and I have been wanting to move into a house for awhile, and our credit isn't the best....they never once gave up on helping us and are a blessing sent from heaven...
I don't work outside the home and with what my husband makes we were able to pull it off...only a few more weeks and we are in our first home ever....we don't know what we would do if we didn't have the Emmers in our lives...they are very kind, loving people and want to help you the best way they can...
our little boy will be 1 in July and to us it is really neat that we will be in a home before he is 1 year old...
thank you sooo much Beth and Dennis you guys are truely lifesavers and we will be forever grateful to you both for helping us get into our home...We can hardly wait...wish it was here already...

I would like to hereby record my appreciation and experience in dealing with Toby who is truly a professional in helping me and my family to purchase my house on a rent to own system.
When I started dealing with him I only read an advertisement, as soon as I called everything fell into place after that.
Being relatively new in this country I am glad that this has made an easier life for me to settle down and that I have also gained a friend.
I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to purchase houses from Toby.

Some months ago family members of ours saw a sign in their street for a house for rent to own.
We were stuck in the rent trap at the time and while we both have a good income we just weren't in the position to save enough money for a mortgage deposit anytime soon.
We liked the house and being close to our family made sense.
We only had a small deposit but this gave us the ability to get out of the rut we were in.
Toby was easy to deal with and he explained things so we both new what the story was, and we are now in a home we can call our own.
We would recommend others to deal with Toby and his team.

To whom it may concern,
Up till the last few weeks Ralph and myself had been renting and we just seemed to be flittering away our money.
We new we wanted to own our own house but because Ralph is self-employed and I'm a full time mother it made it difficult, not to mention getting enough money together to raise the finance.
Ralph saw the signs around and contacted Toby as he was keen to put our money into a house and not waste it on cars etc.
We are now paying off our own home and I know it's a step in the right direction.
If you want to deal with someone honest and easy to get on with then I'd definately send you to Toby - when it comes to property.
We are really happy with our home!

We were looking to get a house and found the home of our dreams. We contacted Monica at Grand Horizon and in less than 24 hours we had our home. She was wonderful and we owe her and Grand Horizon all the thanks and appreciation in the world. Without them our dream of having our own home would have never came true.

Without them we would still be renting instead of owning our own home. Sometimes good people have bad luck, and we had our share. We owned several homes in the past, but because life sometimes throws you a curve, our credit kept us from buying another home through conventional means. Win and Michele looked at our situation, and believed in us, and gave us a chance to own a beautiful home.
Property Solutions makes everything very easy, from the initial contact to being available for the many questions we had, and the paperwork that needed to be filled out. The whole experience was great, and we were grateful for everything they did for us.
