You made the process easy for us and were always eager to help whenever we had any questions. Because our sale date was delayed so many times we had the opportunity to meet with our lender in a National effort from the "HOPE Now" government program to stop foreclosure for people that wanted to stay in their homes and we were able to renegotiate the loan with our bank and keep our home.
